Who do I contact if I need service support?

We will not charge you automatically after your free 12 months end. You will be able to choose from one of our subscription plans, which start at $10/month. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time.

Will I be charged after my free trial is over?

Once it begins, you will be free to cancel your free 12 months at any time. If you choose to cancel, you will not be charged for your subscription.

What if I want to cancel my free trial?

Your free trial will begin when Rocally launches on January 11th, 2023. After your trial period ends, we will offer you a choice of subscription plans starting at $10/month. You will not be charged automatically until you choose a plan, and your plan can be cancelled, upgraded or downgraded at any time.

What happens after I sign up?

Every business registered with Rocally will have access to our search engine and analytics. Additionally, we will offer qualifying businesses in-person consultation on marketing, advertising, hiring, payroll, and more.

What resources do I have access to?

Rocally&#8217;s search engine is designed to help you get discovered by customers in your area. We offer a variety of tools to help you build a strong online presence, including tagging/categorization, review solicitation, personalized consultation with your business, and more.

How does Rocally connect me with new customers?

Any business that qualifies as a small business (as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration) can sign up on Rocally:

<li>Businesses with less than $7.5 million in annual receipts</li>
